MUZZLELOADER SEASON

    Kansas muzzleloader season runs from mid to late September

    Our standard hunt is 5 days but may be customized; We limit our hunts to a

    maximum of 5 hunters in camp;

    Our muzzleloader hunters use stands and ground blinds targeting bucks

    feeding agricultural fields.

ARCHERY SEASON

    Archery season opens October 1st and runs through December 31st ;

    Whitetails usually rut in November making it the preferred time for hunts;

    Our standard hunt is 5 days but may be customized;

    We limit our hunts to a maximum of 5 hunters in camp;

    Archery hunts are conducted from tree stands and ground blinds. 

    Rattling, grunting, and decoying are extremely effective during the rut.

RIFLE SEASON

    Kansas rifle season opens the first Wednesday after Thanksgiving;

    We offer 2 rifle hunts; 1st hunt is 5 days, the 2nd is 6 days;

    We limit our hunts to a maximum of 5 hunters in camp;

    Hunts are conducted from tower blinds, ground blinds, ladder stands, and tree

    stands.

GENERAL INFORMATION

    Hunters arrive mid-day prior to and leave mid-day after their hunt.

    The small town nearby provides fuel, restaurant, groceries, hunt and fishing

     licenses, etc.

    Wichita and Tulsa are both good airport choices.  a four-wheel drive rental

    vehicle is recommended.

    We provide clean and comfortable lodging located on the ranch property

    Hunters provide and prepare their meals, drinks, and snacks.  Our hunt camps

    have furnished kitchens with appliances. 

    Usually the group goes to town for the evening meal. 

    Hunters have the option of using the camp cook for meals for $150 per person

    per week.
